For bareboat charters, customers must comply with all rules and regulations set forth by Moana Charters and the United States Coast Guard (USCG).
6. Alcohol and Behavior
Alcohol consumption is allowed on board. Customers are fully responsible for their alcohol consumption and behavior.
Moana Charters reserves the right to terminate a charter if a customer's behavior poses a safety risk or disrupts the charter experience.
7. Pets
Some charters may allow pets, while others may have restrictions. Customers must inquire about the pet policy when booking.
8. Release of Liability
Customers participating in Moana Charters' boat charters hereby release Moana Charters, its affiliates, employees, agents, and captains from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, or rights of action, whether personal to the customer or to a third party, for any losses, damages, injuries, or other harm suffered as a result of participation in our charters.
9. Bareboat Charter Rules
For customers engaging in bareboat charters, the charterer is responsible for navigating the vessel in accordance with USCG regulations, maintaining proper safety equipment, and ensuring the safety of all passengers on board.
10. Intellectual Property
